Tasting Notes:

AKA "Fée Verte" or "Swiss La Bleue" in Europe. Almost colorless.
Anise smell is mellow and mixed with herbs and floral components. Very complex nose. Without water; Rich and sweet. Great complexity and not overpowering. Very subtle bitterness. With Water: Becomes mellow cloudy, Profile is mellow and easy going with water. The anise is certainly ever-present but there is nice herbal complexity. Good absinthe.
