Tasting Notes:

Rich spicy / flinty nose. Subtle smoke aromas too. Bright crisp acidity citrus attack on the very beginning. There is an underlying petrol, smoke, and herb theme and the finish is long and warming toasty smoke. It almost makes you think that they are wood aged. Extremely complex.
