Tasting Notes:

Made of molasses. (or maybe cane juice) Not sure why it is not classified as rum.
Earthy & flinty nose with sugar cane hints. Rich charcoaly palate with spice. Earth & good texture. Interesting. The finish is a little oddly dirty.
