Tasting Notes:

Pretty light golden color. The nose is beautiful perfumey caraway, and flowery almost like a hibiscus (or some other that I cannot place) herbal tea. On the palate this is peppery and spicy. Far less sweet than it smells. The finish is dry, rich, and spicy. This is really nice! A good amount of oak structure too!
