Tasting Notes:

Beautiful nose of sugar, molasses, caramel, butterscotch. Massive sugar on the palate but it is pretty, not cloying. Almost like dessert. The oak is balanced beautifully behind the massive flavors all the complexity a sugar-based spirit can give. There is almost no heat at all from the alcohol. This is big, sweet, rich, and delicious!
