Tasting Notes:

Really strong bright cherry nose with a slightly medicinal cough syrup-like character but withsome perfumey notes as well.
On the palate this is sweet but there is a nice backbone of bourbon to stand up to the sweetness. The cherry is pronounced but there is balance so that the sugar is well received. Overall this is a clean aperitif or dessert drink that has a rich backbone of goof bourbon and some very pretty cherry notes. The finish leaves you with a long sweet cherry aftertaste.
