Tasting Notes:

The pink color of this sake comes from the addition of rose hips and hibiscus flowers. The nose has herbal notes, notably hibiscus, and the smells trends towards ruby red grapefruit. Bright and lively on the palate. Huge citrus fruit. The finish is very sweet but not cloying. The sparkling texture is nice and crisp.
