(Grain Spirits with caraway and star anise)
Smells slightly sweet with strong anise and some spicy aromas as well. On the palate the star anise takes over and the caraway is a bit masked. This is very dry and spicy on the palate. This is okay, but it is different stylistically than many other products in this category. It is much drier than typical anise/caraway liquors. Very rich in anise flavor without a lot of sweetness.
