Tasting Notes:

Medium amber/brown color.
The nose has rich complex notes of oak, smoke, & flint with big vanilla and underlying molasses character.
The palate is big and smoky, I was immediately hit with a slight mint/menthol note and that stayed through the mid-palate. Oak dominates the palate throughout with a lean towards smoke. There is nice molasses character and the texture is full but clean, not mouth-coating. The finish is long and it consists of well integrated oak toast and earthy molasses. Well made but the price is substantial.
