Tasting Notes:

Shrubb is a blend of white rum and aged rum, infused with bitter orange peels and créole spices.
Beautifully complex aroma of earthy sugar cane, leathery spices, and orange peel. The smell is almost creamy.
Sweet on the palate but also very richly spicy. This is incredibly complex and creamy without being cloying at all. The spice notes are cinnamon and clove and they marry very well with the flavor of bright fresh oranges.
This is fantastic!
A perfect high-end sub for any triple sec or orange liqueur recipe.
