Tasting Notes:

Made in the Yamahai style. Creamy nose with some coconut and crisp and bright notes of sweet pineapple and granny smith apples. The very front of the palate has a quick fruity note but the rest has a massive, creamy texture. Big creamy salted butter character on the palate along with a subtle licorice character from the alcohol. All the flavors marry well and they lead to a very long finish. This sake stays buttery on the palate for a very long time. Delicious!
