Tasting Notes:

(sake meter value -3.0)
The can can be aged for up to two years and the sake will develop more brandy-like carmel-like dark character.
Big nose of earthy cocoa powder.
The palate is a stark contrast to the nose up front. There is a huge, bright and sweet, tropical note of banana and coconut. The cocoa character from the nose shows through as it finishes.
The finish is a very long mix of tropical banana and cocoa.
Very interesting, for the packaging to some degree, and even more so for the flavor.
