Tasting Notes:

Subdued nose of oak.
Rich molasses character on the palate with a subtle smoke note and bit of a phenolic character.
Interesting and complex.
Then finish is long and has flavors of very earthy and flinty oak.
Very little fruit character.
Very interesting!
