Tasting Notes:

Light amber color.
The nose is very pretty. Fresh apples, sea salt, and spicy apple skin.
Bold and oaky up front on the palate. Big oak eventually subsides enough to notice salty notes with underlying sour apple and apple cider notes.
Well made in a bold dry style.
