Very creamy nose that is reminiscent of caramel.
Light and fruity up front on the palate but that gives way quickly to full, creamy texture and big notes of caramel.
The finish is dry with notes of rice grain, vanilla, caramel, and some dried fruit notes in the vein of apricot, mango, and apple.
Very nice sake.
