Tasting Notes:

The Bohemian style of absinthe has a less strong anise seed taste.
Nice sweet nose, especially for the proof. Aromas of wintergreen and menthol along with peppery anise.
On the palate huge cinnamon spice and anise seed combine into a big wintergreen flavor.
On the finish it has slightly bitter wormwood notes with cinnamon.
Very sweet overall, but a different and interesting style for Absinthe.
