Tasting Notes:

Pot-Distilled.
The nose is subtle, with nice wheat spice showing through.
The big weighty texture on the palate from the pot-distillation makes this seem like creamy caramel with vanilla and white chocolate notes.
This is deliciously sweet, not cloying at all, but still borderline liqueuer-like because of the heavy texture.
Very interesting and very good.
Finishes clean.
