Tasting Notes:

Extremely pale green, almost clear color.
Strong, peppery anise seed nose.
Intensely anise flavored. This has a high amount of spiciness with an anise character that is almost mouth numbing. The flavor is rich and clean though. The alcohol is present but not overpowering, especially considering the 120 proof.
A good absinthe in a powerful and spicy style.
