Tasting Notes:

Barrel No. 14
This rum is a blend of molasses and cane sugar fermentations.
The color has an amber/orange center and blends towards clarity at the edges.
The nose is very smoky with dry molasses character and a very earthy woody note.
There is a tremendous amount of complexity to this rum. There is huge mouth coating molasses but there are also fresh and springy cane flavors and big bourbon barrel char.
Unique and very good!
