Tasting Notes:

Pot distilled oats with a proprietary secret charcoal filtration.
The nose has some nice tart notes and some vanilla, almost like a cream soda. There is some earthy spice and grain on the nose as well.
Very rich and full flavored in style. There is a very pretty underlying sweetness throughout the palate. There is a nice fruity character from the yeast. The oat character is full and rich on the palate with some mellow spice and a rich silky texture. The alcohol on the palate is present with an earthy/spicy character, but very well integrated.
Very well made and very unique. A must-try for vodka drinkers that like a full-flavored style.
