Tasting Notes:

A blend of 6 (mash bill 95% rye, 5% barley) and 16 (mash bill 80% rye, 10% corn, 10% barley) year rye.
Light-to-medium amber color.
Beautiful nose of fruity rye, apples, and rich spices. Clove and cinnamon.
On the palate this has huge flavor. Big and rich leathery rye spice and well integrated oak. No bitterness but it leans towards dryness.
There is a touch of vanilla that lasts a long time on the finish.
Beautiful whiskey.
