Batch 1 Bottle 596
(mash bill 53% rye, 37% corn 10% malted barley)
Light-to-medium amber color.
Elegant nose of vanilla, floral notes, citrus or merengue, and a soft peppery rye spice.
Very fruity on the palate. Big citrus character and soft rye spice on the palate as well.
Vanilla and floral notes come through as the whiskey finishes and the finish leaves you with sweet notes of caramel and vanilla.
Fantastic. A very elegant rye.
