Tasting Notes:

Very pale yellow color.
The nose smells just like a pepper.
The palate on this product is very interesting. It seems like there is a healthy dose of sugar on the palate up front. It is surprising at first to taste the sweetness but it does balance out the jalapeño's spice. The spice hits you right after the bold sugar and carries on through the finish. The peppery spice adds a nice touch of heat that is not overbearing. The finish leaves you with a fresh spicy taste and a subtle sweetness.
Very interesting. Maybe to sweet to be considered vodka, but an interesting spirit nonetheless.
