Tasting Notes:

Wakatake is credited for creating the junmai ginjo style.
The nose has a slight licorice character with some bright lychee and a bit of an earthy cocoa note.
Up front there is big lychee and tropical fruit. It develops into some nice notes of licorice and earth. The palate and the nose are very much alike.
Very nice sake. Bright and refreshing with some nice earthy complexity.
