Tasting Notes:

The first thing that strikes me about this sake is the body. The nose makes me think it will be light but the body is rich and full. The flavors are a mix of earthy grain up front and a bit of a fruity cantaloupe-like finish.
A very well-made sake in a big and earthy, dry style with some complex
