Tasting Notes:

Honeydew melon and cucumber on the nose with a slightly earthy note of alcohol.
Light on the palate. Lightly sweet, the low alcohol level makes the -35 SMV value less apparent than you would expect. This sake is sweet and easy but there is not a lot of complexity.
