Tasting Notes:

Namacho is a style meaning once-pasteurized. It is pasteurized only once at bottling.
Very light yellow tint but still almost clear.
Light and fresh nose with notes of apple, honeydew melon, and slightly rich earthy alcohol.
Medium to rich bodied.
The finish leaves you with a pleasant warming alcohol sensation and some nice fruit and earth. Good honjozo.
