Tasting Notes:

This sake is a 19th generation family-owned sake.
Very subtle yellow tint but still almost clear.
The nose of this sake is intense earthy rice grain and reminiscent of cocoa powder.
On the palate this sake has a really pleasant, rich oily texture, the palate has a rich acidity and a very complex palate of earthy grainy rice, cocoa powder, rich vanilla and nutty character.
Very good in a rich and dry, earthy style.
