Tasting Notes:

100% malted rye. Used and new uncharred barrels.
Pale yellow gold tinted amber.
Rich and spicy rye fruit with a rich oak character and a very minty alcohol note.
Extremely rich and peppery on the palate. Bold rye spice and a fruit. The oak influence is different on rye without charring. Very unique. Has the finish of a young whisky. Very interesting.
