Tasting Notes:

Clear.
Earthy vanilla, wet cement, pepper, and slight citrus fruit but there is a touch of slight solvent-like menthol character to the alcohol on the finish of the nose.
On the palate this is rich and creamy textured with a very spicy palate. Bold white pepper commands the flavor profile. The slight menthol note is there but it is not off-putting, more interesting and unusual. A herbal bitterness quality is present like heavily steeped mint tea. A very unique blanco.
