70% corn, 15% rye, 10% barley
Fruity rye nose of apples and spice.
On the palate this is a very nice blend of fruity rye, sweet corn/bourbon character, and rich rye spice. Medium to light on the palate with an oily bourbon character in the beginning that evolves into a clean and dry, spicy rye and oak finish.
