Tasting Notes:

Clear. Pretty and aromatic nose of grapes and flinty alcohol. Medium bodied on the palate. Shows light and bright with fruit character from the grapes up front. The mid-palate evolves to a more viscous texture with some nice earthy notes. The finish is long and clean and leaves you with a refreshingly fruity grape note. Nice pisco.
