Tasting Notes:

Very pale golden color. On the nose the sweetness from its cognac is readily apparent. Sweet and grapey nose with pepper, clove, and cinnamon notes. Great pepper spice opens the palate with a touch of brandy sweetness quickly following. The palate is very complex. Clove and cinnamon mix with vanilla oak and earthy agave. Very good.
