Tasting Notes:

Nearly clear in color. Very fruity nose of sweet apples. Full bodied and extremely dry on the palate. There is a well-integrated note of earthy and soft, spicy alcohol underlying the palate. Fruity notes of pears and apples along with a mellow note of earthy licorice. A fantastic dry sake!
