Batch 3: Bottle 34 of 75 Very creamy nose of rich malted grain. Smells like a mash tun when making beer. Spicy and creamy on the palate. Lightly sweet with a massive note of white pepper / rye spice. The body becomes lighter through the finish. Drinks like a spicy moonshine but with fairly smooth alcohol.
