Tasting Notes:

Nearly clear with an extremely light golden tint.
Pretty aroma with layers of complexity. Hints of lychee, pineapple, floral tea, and bready grain.
The front of the palate is bright with a lightly sweet touch. Medium bodied overall. The tropical flavors carry through the palate well and there are mellow notes of anise and fennel from the well-integrated spicy alcohol.
A beautiful, elegant-style sake with many layers of flavor.
