Tasting Notes:

Big salty medicinal nose. Mid palate is full of big bourbon spice. This whisky is all powerful salt and spice with a background of mellow smoke and peat. With water the nose becomes a bit more floral and the bourbon barrel vanilla comes through when the alcohol mellows.
