Domfrontais as an appellation requires a brandy to be made from at least 30% pears. This brandy is 70% pear and 30% apple. This brandy is pretty, perfumy, with big apple notes on the nose. Very pretty and delicate on the palate as well with vanilla dominating. Very elegant brandy and a fairly competitive price.
