Tasting Notes:

Domfrontais as an appellation requires a brandy to be made from at least 30% pears. Much bigger, rich, and fruity nose. Bold, and spicy oak on the palate but the fruit shows through powerfully and holds its own. Slight caramel and a long pear & apple on the finish. Lightly sweet. Fantastic.
