Tasting Notes:

Big fruit and a mellow sweet nose. Alcohol is very subdued and integrated on the nose. Unexpectedly big and bold on the palate. Uni Blanc and Folle Blanche grapes all from the Grand Champagne region. Dried Fruit notes and big power. Great balance and a finish that is long and full of nuts (almonds) and citrus peel.
