Tasting Notes:

Koshu (Aged Sake) Color is a pale yellow gold. The bright fruit of the unaged-version mellows with age and the palate is full of apples and rich nutty flavors. Very nice texture throughout, leading to a long and complex finish of almonds, earthy notes, which are well-balanced with bright apple notes.
