Tasting Notes:

2 months 8 days aged. Barely any color. Subltl oaky vanilla and pepper on the nose. Soft tannin and mild toast without being overbearing. Dried fruit flavors hide under the oak and the finish is peppery and there is crisp acidity throughout.
