Mellow nose with a caramel character and subtle fruit. These whiskeys are extremely powerful. The bourbon barrel influence is huge. The 1/2 sherry finish comes through with a pretty sweet character that battles it out with the vanilla from the bourbon wood. Tart orange peel, crisp acidity, and alcohol spice on the finish.
