Tasting Notes:
Very bright and pretty nose of green apples, pear, and pear skins. Even blood orange and tart citrus. Smells like a Sauvignon Blanc! Palate is weighty with notes of earthy truffle, subtle anise seed, coriander, & dried apple. Beautiful!
