Tasting Notes:

Bourbon-casked with syrah finish.
Light, almost berry/grapey nose. Blueberry even. Blueberry and sweet bourbon front palate. Very viscous with the syrah notes coming through the mid-palate. The finish is well balanced. Very oily mouthfeel and a cherry cough-syrup note on the finish. Quite distinctive.
