3 years in a bourbon barrel.
Comes in a nice box with two glasses.
The nose is cinnamon/clove, white pepper, and pretty perfumey butterscotch and vanilla.
The palate starts with a brief agave and vanilla note that gives way quickly to big oak. Rich pepper and wood tannins. The vanilla from the nose is nearly completely hidden in the mid palate. Full textured. The finish is warming with oak still dominating the palate. A cognac drinker's tequila.
