Tasting Notes:

Barrel No. 8B-8
Medium amber color.
Huge toasty oak, spice, and subtle smoke on the nose. Big bourbon barrel char.
The oak is the most dominant thing throughout the front of the palate. There is some spice and and little brown sugar and corn sweetness peeking through.
Overall this is a well made big-oak bourbon.
The finish is long and the oak eventually leaves you with some subtle vanilla and brown sugar notes.
Good but at a high price.
