Tasting Notes:

Medium amber / brown color.
Mellow nose of caramel, vanilla, and molasses with toasty oak and some underlying acidity.
This rum is very intersting. The mouthfeel and texture are creamy but there is a rich acidity to it. There is beautiful vanilla and caramel on the palate and it has a crispness too.
The finish leaves you with toasty oak and a long note of caramel.
