Tasting Notes:

Spends 6 months in new oak, 5 years in 3 year old barrels, then the rest of its life in neutral oak.
Medium to dark brown in color.
A blend of Grande Champagne, Petit Champagne, and Fin Bois.
Beautiful nose of oak, clove, ornage peel, honey, and vanilla.
On the palate this has elegance. The flavors are bold and very complex but somehow the overall profile stays fairly mellow and soft.
Rich leathery oak notes with big vanilla, honey, and peach.
Long finish of raisins and vanilla.
