Spends 7-8 months in new heavy-toast oak barrels.
Golden amber / brown color.
The nose is rich vanilla and toasty charred oak with some brown sugar and big raisiny grapes.
On the palate there is big smoky oak with huge vanilla and toast. A bold brown sugar note throughout as well.
This brandy is elegant and soft but with a very woody and toasty profile. Very interesting because the oak flavor is so strong but the body is so soft, mellow, and elegant.
Excellent cognac!
